Abstract (EN)
The positive or negative impact of the quantitative existence of pressure and interest groups on economic growth can be examined within the framework of the Mancur Olson hypothesis. In this study, Mancur Olson hypothesis is examined in terms of the number of associations and economic growth variables for the period 2008-2014 in Turkey. In conclusion, Mancur Olson hypothesis could not be confirmed in Turkey. Keywords: Pressure Groups, Growth Relation, Olson Hypothesis
