Özet (EN)
This research is based on the palynological and morphological investigations carried out on three species belonging to the Alyssum L. genus in Brassicaceae (Turpgiller) family, which were distributed in Manisa and its vicinity between 2017-2019. These species are Alyssum murale Waldst. & Kit., A. simplex Rudolph and A. umbellatum Desv.'dir. Alyssum genus distributed in Turkey written by Dudley in "The Flora of Turkey and the East Aegean Islands". During our study Alyssum murale Waldst. & Kit var. murale used by Dudley, this name is not valid taxon name, it has been found synonym of Alyssum murale Waldst. & Kit, A. minus (L.) Rothm. var. minus used by Dudley, this name is not valid taxon name, it has been found synonym of A. simplex Rudolph. Morphological study found in the research area and collected Alyssum species in addition to expanding the descriptions, general appearance, flowers and fruits taken in the field photos were added to the study. In addition, the morphologically obtained data were compared with the findings of Dudley and incompletely defined features of the flora were determined. Besides, the fruit morphology of the species were examined with stereo microscope (SM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) and photographs were added to the study. In the palynological study, pollen morphology of Alyssum species were examined both light microscopy (IM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Polar and equatorial views of each species were taken and photographs were added to the study. In the palynological study, Alyssum species have three colpus (tricolpate); pollen shapes prolate-subprolate; structures are tectate; sculpture were determined as reticulate. At the end of our studies, A. murale, A. simplex and A. umbellatum species are taxonomically different species it is difficult to distinguish in terms of general morphological characters, however, it was found that the pollen morphology was difficult to distinguish.
