Abstract (EN)
In this paper, magnetic levitation system is considered. The system is separated into two parts as mechanical and electrical, and controlled with a cascade control structure. The control of mechanical part is provided with RISE (Robust integral of sign of error) controller while PI (Proportional-integral) controller is used for electrical part. The control signal obtained with the RISE controller is used as the reference signal in the control of the electrical part. The performance of the controller is evaluated by conducting numerical simulations and satisfactory results were taken.
