Mardin deputies and political activities (2002-2015)

The subject of this study is the Mardin Deputies and their political activities taking place between the years 2002-2015. First of all, the conceptual framework of the study, the history, geographical location, population, administrative and political situation of Mardin has been mentioned about. The biography of the twenty deputies who have been investigated in the study were mentioned about and the biographies of the deputies from the past to the present were also included briefly. The speeches and activities of Mardin deputies , taking place in the parliament between 2002 and 2015, have been investigated. The reflections of thirteen years of parliamentary studies ,covering four legislative periods, to Mardin were investigated and tried to explain. Thus, it is aimed that the researchers can benefit from this information. The main source of the study is the Archive of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the Journal of Record, and many other literatures. One-to-one interviews were made with many of the Mardin Deputies and their biographies were transferred according to their information.This study consists of three main parts. In the first part: Conceptual framework, the definition of politics and political systems have been described, the parliamentary system in Turkey , I and II Constitutional Monarchy Period and Republic Period are mentioned. Subsequently, Turkey between the years 2002-2015 has been told about.. General information about Mardin is given. The biographies of the deputies who worked in 1920-2002 have been briefly summarized.Biographies of twenty deputies ,who have worked for four semesters between 2002 and 2015 years, which form the essence of the study have been extensively included and their locality rates are supported by table.In the second part: the speeches of the twenty deputies worked in the parliament in the fields of financial, economic, social, cultural, political, legal, military, education and health have been identified and analyzed.In the third cpart: The activities of Mardin deputies who took place in the parliament in the period of 2002-2015 have been discussed and their important legislative motions have beeen mentioned.In conclusion, in our study, as a result of retired and meticulous research, the activities of Mardin Deputies have been presented to the benefit of the researchers.
