Abstract (EN)
The national and international trademark legislations indicate the revocation of the usage of the trademark right with a view to protection and the continuity of the trademark. In this respect the revocation of the trademark for not putting it in genuine use in connection with the goods and services for which it has been registered without a proper reason for five years has been examined.
