Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out for the explanation of the `trademark crimes? relative to trademark rights, which are being argued in years and especially in recent years. By this study, the history, the definition and the components of the trademark are mentioned briefly and the formulation of the trademark crimes by Turkish Law System are undertaken more detailed. By this study, besides the international agreements, the comparison between the annulled Trademark Code of 1965, the draft of the proposed Trademark Law and the current regulation about the trademark infringements. Besides, the defects and the possible solutions are stated in this thesis.
