Abstract (EN)
Putting the trademarks into joint stock companies as capital constitutes the subject of capital commitment and performance. Therefore, first of all, the quality of rights must be defined and positioned in terms of the industrial property legislation in which the trademarks are directly regulated. Then, it will be examined in our study whether it has capital adequacy in terms of joint stock companies law and what kind of capital procedures it will be subject to. Accordingly, the results of undertaking the trademarks as capital,estimation the material value, and not fulfilling the capital debt with the performance are evaluated in our thesis.
