Martin Heidegger's ontological hermeneutics

The aim of this study is to put Martin Heidegger's ontological hermeneutics forward in the context of Dasein hermeneutics in relation to his phenomenology and ontology.In the first part of the study, for the purpose of showing Heidegger's position in the hermeneutical tradition, history of hermeneutics and the other hermeneutic theorists' views has been explained briefly.In the second part, as the basis of Heidegger's ontological hermeneutics, the structure of the question of What is the meaning of Being? and hermeneutical phenomenology as the method of the answer of this question, has been put forward moving from transcendental phenomenology.In the last part of the study, Dasein hermeneutics has been dealt elaborately. For this purpose, as an entity in the center of the question of the meaning of Being, Dasein's constitution, its states of minds and its temporality has been put forward. As an end,Heidegger's new perspective in relation to problem of understanding has been dwelled on and the relation between language and understanding of Being has been explained.
