Abstract (EN)

In our country and in the world has been shown by studies of mastitis caused by various bacteria. These head Gram positive bacteria like Staphylococcus and Streptococcus draw is followed from these Gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli. Especially dairy cattle breeding too made in this study was used as sample material. Thus, when the guide for growers is also intended to ensure effective enforcement of molecular methods. PCR using clinical mastitis cases in cows isolated E. coli strains have been investigated in some virulence factor genes. Aydin and Izmir milk collected from farms around some 100 milk samples from 12 strains of E. coli were isolated. They are one of them in the eaeA gene, traT gene was detected in 2 of them into aer gene but is not found in any of the isolates.
