Abstract (EN)

In this work a liquid level system is established by using real-time control via MATLAB for various experimental control applications. All steps of this work are applied on the experiment testbed, and experimental data are processed to implement real-time control applications.Firstly real-time experiment mechanism is explained and hardware of the system is presented. The components which are used in the system are discussed. And then the communication between the hardware of the system and Simulink is explained. The necessary communication blocks under Real Time Windows Target, MATLAB toolbar, are added to the system Simulink model. After this step, automatic code production is obtained over the system Simulink model. Automatic code production is get by using Real Time Workshop which is one of the MATLAB toolbars. After getting this code, data communication is established between the system harware and simulation model by using DAQ card, thus real time control is done.By using the real-time controlled Simulink model of the system, open and close loop models are formed. At the close loop PID is used as controller. The close loop is produced by determining PID parameters.
