Saucepans, beverage and perfume cans, tubes etc. products havebeen manufactured via deep drawing method. For this reason, a lot of research are being carriedout for improve the deep drawing.In this study, we gave various angles on the die and blank holder surfaces. The mainobjective of this study, determine of affects of die-blank holder angle variations on theAluminum sheet which using intensively at our country?s industry. Four different blank holderforces applied on the sheet and affects of blank holder force variation on the deep drawibility ofAluminum sheet investigated.Because of deep drawing is one of the plastic deformation methods, at the first stage ofthesis, plastic deformation was explained. In addition, some information was given aboutmolding. Later deep drawing method was explained.Consequently, with giving some angle on the die-blank holder surfaces, limit drawingratio can be increased and blank holder force which get under control of sheet flow, have beendecreased on a large scale.Keywords: Deep drawing, Limit drawing ratio, Die, Blank holder force
