Abstract (EN)
Environmental problems, which gained incredible speed with the industrial revolution, are frequently encountered in almost every part of the world, accompanied by events that cause terrible consequences. As the technology progresses at a dizzying pace, the increase in the need for raw materials in the industrial field, irresponsible human behavior towards the environment, and most importantly, the endless desires of human beings, especially the environmental volunteers of the societies, who are consciously trying to solve environmental problems, scientists, artists, etc. black thinks. Environmental problems have begun to be examined since the 1950s, as a result of lung cancer cases as a result of air pollution due to industrial production process. In the 1977 Tbilisi meeting on the environment, it was emphasized that the solution to the problems occurring in the environment is the human known as the main source of the problem. The concept of environmental education was clearly emphasized as a solution in this meeting and in the declaration at the end of the meeting. Finally, the countries realized the dire situation, and despite the deficiencies, they started to talk and plan some measures, especially education, in order to eliminate the problems faced by the environment. It is very important to be able to plan and implement environmental education in a way that will solve the problems of the environment and make additions and changes when necessary. The Ministry of National Education should clearly see the place of environmental education in curricula that have the quality of an application guide. It is thought that this master's study, in which environmental gains are examined, will help studies related to environmental education that will probably be revised in the future. For this reason, it is aimed to see and explain the achievements in the unit, learning areas and subject headings related to environmental issues in the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of National Education at pre-school, primary school, secondary school and high school levels. In the study of information related to environmental education, especially all the curricula prepared by the Ministry, document analysis method was selected from the qualitative research methods, and content analysis was made for the curricula prepared by the Ministry at all levels and for these programs. It has been tried to determine the positive aspects and deficiencies in the programs applied for environmental education, which will need to be revised in the future, as different environmental problems arise from day to day.
