Abstract (EN)
This study has been carried out to determine the optimum harvest time and effective heat summations (days- degree) of Hasandede, Okuzgozu, Bogazkere and Horoz Karası grape varieties grown in Mecitozu (Corum) in 2017 and 2018. The research was carried out in the vineyard established in 2010. In two consecutive years yield, clusters, berry properties, water soluble solid content, pH, titratable acidity, maturity index properties were determined. The date of the different phenology stages of grapes cultivars varied according to cultivars and years. The earliest ripening time was Hasandede cultivar, whereas the latest ripening time was Bogazkere cultivar. Number of days varied from 87 (Hasandede) to 116-117 (Bogazkere, Okuzgozu) for the period from full flowering to harvest time. Effect heat summation (EHS) for budbreak to maturity was determined 1553 days-degree in Hasandede and 1643 days-degree in Bogazkere. The highest yield in both years was obtained from the variety of Horoz Karasi (1421.2 and 1504.8 kg / da), while the lowest yield was obtained from Okuzgozu (619.4 and 578.31 kg / da). During the harvest period, the total acidity and pH values of the must were changed according to years and varieties. During the harvest period, all varieties reached optimum harvest maturity in both years. As a result, it has been observed that Okuzgozu, Bogazkere and Horozkarası cultivars can be successfully grown in Mecitözü province.
