Legal norms have always been established based on facts. It is certain that the need for renewal, as seen in all areas in the coming decade, will also affect legal norms. Although e-trials may be considered new in our country and globally, it is undoubtedly among the most significant practical applications of the future. E-trials will not be limited to the investigation stage alone and, given the conditions of today where national borders may become insignificant in terms of information, it is likely to move into the realm of international jurisdiction.
