Özet (EN)
Objective: It measures the effect of the technology used by medical tourism clinics on clinical performance. Method: The research was carried out by interviewing experts in 15 clinics in Izmir with the interview technique, which is one of the data collection techniques of the qualitative research method. The data were collected with an interview form prepared by the researcher. In the analysis of the data, descriptive analysis was used and summary tables were extracted. Results: Within the scope of the interviews, summary tables were created and the findings obtained in the form of explanations were added to all of them separately. In general, it has been determined that the use of technology has positive effects. Based on the opinions received from medical tourism clinics, it was determined that the use of technology also had positive effects on clinical performance. Conclusion: In this study, it has been concluded that the use of technology in medical tourism has positive effects on clinical performance and that a more professional interaction will be provided as it reaches better levels in the future.
