Abstract (EN)
This study aims to identify the major problems of the media sector unionism in Turkey and to suggest some solutions in this context. For this reason, the emergence and development periods of professional organization in the media sector are examined. Then, the main problems facing the trade union organization in the media sector are presented and solutions are offered in this regard.
