Mehâmilî and his Emâlî

We tried to focus on the word spelling at the beginning of our study. We elucidate the dictionary and terminologic meanings of this word. After elucidating the meaning of the word spelling, related with this word we gave the occuring style of the Emali kind works. We mentioned the existence of councils which prepared convenient environments for occurence of this sort of arts. We tried to give information about the good manners/customs of this councils. We explained the style of arrangement of these councils and that had been arranged by hodja. At the occurence of these Emali works, we explained the good manners /customs of the teachher who maked students write hadiths and the students wrote hadiths. At the second part we tried to deal with the general aspect of el-Mehamili's life. We mentioned about firstly his birth, name-ancestry, knowledge, and at the end his judgment duty. We tried to emphasize that Mehamili's scholar studies continued intensely at the end of his life. We saw that he focused on not only Fıkıh but at the same time Hadiths and Kelam. After that we briefly gave some informations about his works, teachher, and students. We presented others' names as list. At the third part we dealt with "Ecza-ü Mehâmilliyyat" the section of hadiths. We tried to explain how that hadith section had occured. We formed our work by accepting essential the narration of "İbn Bey " . At the following part of our study we tried to give the subjects and narrators of section. Among these narrators we gave the narrations which came from prophet's wifes. Because of that when we examined the work we understood that subjects of this section is out of order. We tried to explain as well with which words the eda moods had been explained by giving examples from hadiths. After all we showed some ali isnad examples according to the number of narrators in narrations. Key words: hadith, narration. emali, spelling, mehamili.
