Abstract (EN)
In this study, both mechanic activation of Şaphane alunite?s ore and leach kinetic which have been in the sulfuric acid solution are investigated. In the studies, the changes of parameters, such as the time of the mechanic activation , acid concentrations , the heat and time of the leach and in this mentioned operation are observed the amount of alumina are solving in order to determine the most appropraite condition. The time of mechanic activation is determined 60 minutes, acid concentration is 1 M, the heat of leach operation is 80 C and the time of leach operation is 60 min. at the end of this investigation. The most appropriate condition is completely determined and alumina extraction is %54,34. Moreover, the increasing of the mechanic activation?s time and the increasing at alumina extraction is observed. When the alumina extractions are examined, it is observed the time is an unvaluable increase for alumina exractions, after 60 min. being mechaning activation. Therefore, at the leach kinetic studies, at the interface reaction determine kinetic mechanism in the first 20 minutes section. After that it has been accepted that the reaction transform controlled diffusion. As a result of that acquiring activation energy values support the this condition and activation anergy value is 17,05 Kj/mol, at first 20minute and activation energy value is 11,06 kJ/mol after the 20 minutesKey words: Alunite, alumina, mechanic activation, leach kinetic
