Analytic hierarchy process is used for making the first model to decide. Analytic hierarchy process is a technique used to solve the problems with many of the main and sub-criteria. In accordance with the criteria weight is given to alternative offers a solution using their points. For analitic hierarchy process technique, Super Decision software is preferred. Later, evidential reasoning method that helps in deciding on using the Intelligent Decision System (IDS) software is used. At the end of the study, a comparison of these two software is made and interpreted.
