Abstract (EN)

The widespread using of developing computers and geographic information systems has increased the use of spatial research. Spatial studies are created by adding location (coordinates of the place where the data is located) features to the data and enable researchers to bring a different perspective to their studies. Spatial mathematical models are used on the basis of spatial research. The most widely used mathematical models are based on linear equations. The research topic of this thesis is to define, investigate and analyze spatial linear equations. In this context, spatial data structures, algorithms and procedures were examined and spatial models were studied on a sample data set. In the application part of the thesis, data on bed and breakfast, accommodation prices and hotel features of 4 and 5 star hotels in the center of Paris were created and examined. The results of the least squares model and the spatial delay model chosen as the most appropriate model were examined and compared. As a result, when locations are included, the spatial delay model gave better results than the least squares model.
