Özet (EN)
In this study, data and reports obtained from 29 drilling wells, which were drilled in order to define soil properties in Odunpazarı and Tepebaşı districts in Eskişehir, were used. Using the sieve analysis reports and hydrometer test reports, different soil parameters such as percentage gravel content, percentage sand content, percentage silt content, percentage clay content, and depth and SPTN60 values were calculated using drilling logs. SPSS Statistic 22.0, ArcGIS 10.3 and GeoDa 1.12.1 were used for analysis and analysis. Soil properties; using spatial regression methods to determine spatial autocorelation and spatial changes. The relationships between the data were examined by using the spatial weight matrix. Moran I İndex was used to investigate sapatial autocorelation. Spatial Erorr and Spatial Lag models have been created to examine the change, since classical regression models are insufficient in explaining the change in soil parameters. Different models were created and examined for each variable and depth level in order to pass the necessary tests. As a result of the study, the models created by spatial regression are included.
