Abstract (EN)

The aim of this thesis is to investigate spectroscopic properties of 2,4,6-triamino -1,3,5-triazin-1-ium acetate acetic acid solvate monohydrate, melaminium salt: 2,4,6-triamino- 1,3,5-triazin-1,3-ium tartrate monohydrate and p-nitroanilinium perchlorate crystal containing melamine in their ground state using Hartree-Fock (HF) and Becke-3-Lee-Yang-Parr (B3LYP) methods with proper basis set. The reason for choosing these molecules is that they are using efficient materials in industry. Due to these industry applications, a number of studies have been performed on different molecules containing melamine in the literature. In this work, having obtained optimized structures and structural parameters, for three molecules containing melaminium, IR and NMR spectra have been investigated. Agreement between the experimental values calculated values is discussed and comments were made about the accuracy of the result. So, the accuracy of computational models has been supported with experimental data.
