Abstract (EN)

As a result of the increasing share of financial operations in world economical system within the developments such as liberalisation of capital movements since 1980?s, development of communication technologies, turning to derivative products for protecting from currency risk after the collapsing fixed exchange rate regime, the individual penetration and share in whole economy of financial operations has increased in country economies, too.Integration of financial markets in an international level has brought out the crisises that take place in national economies affecting in a global way by financial markets. Providing stability in financial markets is important for functioning of the world economy and Central Banks have done a series of studies to prevent the crisises. By this way, first fundaments of financial architecture have been built in new economical regulation.Analysises about the role of Central Bank in financial architecture and Turkey were made in this study. In this context, by mentioning about Central Banking, financial crisises which make financial architecture happen and international financial architecture, the financial architecture politicies which Turkish Republic Central Bank implemented in 2008 global crisis were written down.Key Words: Central Banking, Financial Crisises, Financial Architecture,International Financial Architecture, Turkey.
