Abstract (EN)
In this study, the electronic and optical properties of off-centered quantum box are theoretically examined. In calculation, the variation method is used within the frame of effective mass approach. The binding energy, linear and nonlinear absorption coefficients and refractive index changes according to electric field, pressure and temperature are investigated in the presence and absence of impurity. The results show that temperature, pressure and electric field have a significant effect on optical and electronic properties. It is observed that the electronic and optical properties can be controlled by temperature, pressure and electric field.
