Abstract (EN)

In this study, marble powder by substituting with filler material at levels of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% by volume was added to mortar samples which reinforced with 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1kg/m3 ratio of glass fiber. The materials' mechanical and physical properties was specified before and after abrasion, high temprature, freeze-thaw experiments. For this purpose; experiment of porosity, sorptivity, ultrasonic pulse velosity, tensile strenght, tensile bending strenght were done on the materials. Micro structures of materials which were tested was found by SEM analysis. After high-temperature experiments, porosity and sorptivity values of material increased, tensile bending values, ultrasonic pulse velocity and tensile strenght values of material decreased. After freeze-thaw experiments, porosity and sorptivity values of material increased, tensile bending values, ultrasonic pulse velocity and tensile strenght values of material decreased. Abrasion resistances of mortar materials, increasing of glass fiber decreased, increasing of marble dust increased. After experiments results, we determined that when marble powder increased; ultrasonic pulse velocity, tensile strength and tensile bending strength of fiber-reinforced mortar material increased too, porosity and sorptivity of fiber-reinforced mortar material decreased. On the other hand, porosity, tensile bending strength and sorptivity of material increased; ultrasonic pulse velocity and tensile strength decreased when glass fiber increased.
