Özet (EN)
Investigation of The Sulfate Resistance of Cement Mortar With Marble Powder And Fiber Glas In this study, obtained by fiber glass and marble dust, sulphate resistant mortars were investigated.Mortar specimens by weight 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1 kg/m3 and with the filler material instead of ratios by volume of glass fiber, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% were prepared by adding marble dust ratio. Samples before and after the experiments, unit weight, porosity, capillary water absorption, flexural strength, flexural tests were carried out after the measurement of compressive strength and size. 150 days in the water samples of mortar, 150 days and 150 days of continuous sulfate 5% Na2SO4 solution, wetting-drying cycles were applied to three different treatments. ASTM C 1012-87 in accordance with the principles of each kürdeki taking height measurements on samples cured mortar bars were investigated. Also SEM and EDX studies were carried out on the samples. As a result of the experimental study, an increase in the rate of glass fiber added to the mortar samples of samples, bulk density, porosity, capillary water absorption and flexural strength values increase, the reduction in compressive strength values were determined. Marble powder samples with the increase of carbon fiber reinforced mortar unit weight, an increase in flexural strength and compressive strength values, the values of porosity and capillary water absorption was found to be decreased. Length measurement of the values measured by the continuous sulfate test after test after mortar expanding the range of more than 20% of 0.25 kg/m3 fiber reinforced specimen of marble powder is substituted. After wetting-drying test sample of 40% of the high modulus fiber reinforced specimen of marble powder substituted 1 kg/m3. The maximum expansion observed in the sample series are applied to water cure, 30% fiber reinforced specimen of marble powder substituted 0.75 kg/m3.150 days of continuous water, 5% Na2SO4 solution of 150 days and 150 days of continuous sulfate mortar samples exposed to wetting-drying cycles compared with the experimental results. More harmful to the wetting-drying cycles sulfate effect was observed in samples that are left. Key Words: Mortar,Waste marble powder, Glass Fiber, Sulfate Attack, SEM and EDX Analysis
