In this study, the recovery of metallic powders and valuable particles (synthetic diamond) by electro anodic leaching (electro refining) method was investigated at the end of the working life of sockets used in marble cutting in the marble production sector, which have superior physical and chemical properties. Recovery of such precious wastes by electro anodic leaching method has been applied due to its advantages such as low energy consumption, practicality and low cost, which does not require a leaching process with a high purity solution. In this method, it is aimed to collect the high percentage of copper contained in the waste socket material at the cathode as electrolytic copper powder, while the synthetic diamonds accumulated in the solution base are filtered and recovered. In this system, the chemical reaction was achieved by immersing the waste socket as anode dissolved in synthetic copper solution (SCS: 10-50 g / L Cu2 +) and high purity cathode copper plate as the cathode by applying external electromotive force. Temperature (25-35-50 ° C), current density (50-100-150-200-250-500 A / m2 ), additive material (3 mg / L thiourea + 4 mg / L gelatin), electrolyte copper concentration (0-10-30- 50 g / L Cu2+) and electrolyte acid concentration (100-150-200 g / L H2SO4) parameters are evaluated and the optimum experimental conditions are determined after the evaluation of the findings and the recovery process is performed with the highest efficienc
