Evaluation of trout production farms in Mersin in terms of occupational health and safety

Our aim in this study is to examine the occupational health and safety practices of operators and employees in trout farms in Mersin province, to identify their deficiencies and deficiencies and to shed light on other studies in this field. In our research, a survey consisting of 20 questions was conducted with 21 trout production enterprises actively working in Mersin province in August 2019, face to face. At the same time, practices and records related to OHS were examined. It was aimed to measure the knowledge and awareness levels of employers and employees in terms of occupational health and safety (OHS).
