Abstract (EN)
An elegy is a kind of poem which tells the pain after a beloved person?s death, it includes sone knowledges about death. The death of the divan poets and their feelings about the world and beyond gives important clues on elegy studies.In this context, the aim of the theis ?Usage and Comprasion of Death in Elegy? can be specified with these questions:a)What is the divan poets? perspectives for death?b)What is the divan poets? perspectives for the world?c)What is the divan poets? perspectives for the beyond?The elegies in our study analised and tried to find out answers for these questions.Keywords: Elegy, Death, Compasion, Usages
