Abstract (EN)
In recent years, some studies are being made which are trying to measure attitudes and behaviours of workers about their jobs for every sector. Especially, surveys about the attitudes, behaviours and sense of health care workers', are gaining speed with the changes on medical applications. Success of a medical institution is substiantially related to effort of workers of that institution as a transactor. Thus, it has seen evaluating the motivation, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship and commitment to profession, is needed. In this study, relation between organizational commitment and intention on leaving of employment and performance has been analyzed. Research has done on the data which gathered from surveys made on health care workers of different hospitals in Üsküdar. Purpose of this reasearch is determining the factors that affects the commitment to profession situtations of workers. As a result of questionnaires it has seen commitment to profession level and organizational loyalty level of the workers is midlevel and level of intention on leaving of employment is weak. And relation ship between organizational commitment and intention on leaving of employment is corrected. Accordingly, while intention on leaving of employment is increasing organizational loyalty is decreasing, while commitment to profession is increasing organizational loyalty is increasing and while organizational loyalty is increasing intention on leaving of employment is decreasing. While Commitment to profession is increasing intention on leaving of employment is decreasing, while organizational loyalty is increasing intention on leaving of employment is decreasing. Level of commitment to profession is making organizational loyalty increase. It has revealed that professional commitment and organizational loyalty makes intention on leaving of the employment decrease. And a statistical relation found out between general professional commitment and organizational loyalty. Hereunder, while general professional commitment is increasing organizational loyalty increases. When we look at the health care workers' general professional commitment levels we see that while intention on leaving of the employment is decreasing organizational loyalty is increasing. But when we look at the organizational loyalty level of health care workers' it makes intention on leaving of the employment is decrease.
