Levels of performance functions for school administration of managers in vocational high schools

The aim of vocational and technical educition is to provide adequate skkills and training of application for individvals in accordance with profession needs and demands from labour market and goals of society. In Turkey, it has been a fact that Vocational High Schools are not sufficient both in number and in quality. Today now sepentific and technical fields that are result of rapid advance in technology made compulsory for good quality labour force and good quality Vocational Education wihich involve contemproray technoligics. To achive this goal, we need succerful managers. Manager is person who can put available possibilities in use succesfully and manager people productively. In this complex structure of vocational high schools administration needs more than managing. The goal of this study is to detersmine and to evalvate the pointof views of teachers and managers for aiming ?levels of performancefuntion for school administration of managers in vacational high schools?. For the sake of this purpose, school Administration and Functions of Administration in vocational high schools have been firstly researched. It has been thaugt that we need staff involvemen and brain storna for effective function administration in schools. The resarch model covers 200 teachers and 105 managers of 7 vocational high schools in european side of stanbul province. This study consists of six sections. First section is ?Introduction?, second is ?The Relevant Documents?. In the third section, it has been given information about methool of refearch. Forth section consists of findings. Fifth section covers outcomes of research, discussions and suggerstions about outcomes.
