The research model formed within the scope of the study variables was tested by collecting data from a sample of 503 nurses. As a result of the analysis of the data collected by the survey method, it was found that there was a negative relationship between professional identification and burnout, a positive relationship between workload perception and burnout, and a negative relationship between psychological resilience and burnout. It has been concluded that the relationship between occupational identification and workload perception is negative and the relationship between occupational identification and psychological resilience is the positive. As a result of mediation effect analysis, it was determined that workload perception and psychological resilience had a partial mediation effect in the relationship between occupational identification and burnout. In addition, although the nurses were the most experienced occupational burnout group in the relevant literature, it was concluded that the burnout levels of nurses were low.
