Abstract (EN)

In the world that is growing rapidly great importance is attached to vocational and technical training. In our country especially after the proclmation of Republic great breakthroughs were made in vocational and technical training.Promoting relations with Europian Union our country participated in educational projects and got ahead of many other countries in Europe especially in Leanardo da Vinci projects. Students, teachers, experts, and newly graduated students are vocationally educated by projects which are applied and successfully accomplished.In this study it is researched that the application of project in practical which are seemed to be applied successfully in offical. Especially efficency of the applications applied by tranees who undergo training in Turkey and Europe was ephasized.Also it is underlined that what kind of application skills do qualified employees which are needed by industry equipped with and how should ben they trained .In the fisrt part of the study the situation of vocational and technical training from past to present and important projects which were prepared for technical and vocational training researched. ın the second part, European Union Education and Youth programmes were investigated.In third part 'an application aimed at assessment of Leonardo da Vinci projects for increasing application skills was done.This study was done through focus group disscussion which is a data gathering technique of qualitative research. Students who applied focus group discussion were chosen among a training course in domestic and also abroad.The efficency of the projects in practical which were brought to a successful conclusion by National Agency was investigated in perspective of participants.Keywords: Eurapian Union Projects, Focus Group, Internship, Leonardo da Vinci projects, National Agency, Vocational and Technical Training.
