Analysis of dimension of the learning school at professional and technical education Kütahya central county model

Professional and technical schools are technical education giving institutions. These schools are founded and continuing in this direction, for aiming to answer the need of footing staff of the industry. Nowadays, the biggest power is the knowledge. To gain the knowledge to change and develope with the gained knowledge is very important indeed. Changing and developping gains importance as like in every field of the life ever at the schools. Nowadays, knowledge society is accepted as biggest capital. The most important step is the schools, too constitute of this knowledge society. Professional and technical education giving schools are addressing to every big area because of their training footing-staff in different kings of industrial area. Professional an technical education giving schools must be constituted as learning institution. These schools will obtain a big advantage to community, after education as learner peopler and can be in team meaning, can share a cooperative vision and adopt system mentality. As result, preparat questionnaire is applied, tended and duty teachers, administrators, and other personall in central district of province Kutahya founded, professional and technical schools, and obtained results are evaluated.
