In the analysis of the data, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was used for construct validity, descriptive statistics, unrelated samples, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance were used for unrelated measurements. According to the findings, the professionalization perceptions of the school principles are at a moderate level. While the levels of professionalization differ according to the status, participation in in-service training and congress/conference; gender, age, education level, seniority, institution type, union membership state, association/foundation membership state, inspection state do not differ significantly. Those who attend in-service training and congress/conference have more positive progression of professionalization than those who do not.
