Abstract (EN)
In this study, rubber metal breakage strenght was increased and we provided %100 rubber breakage as we intended by using prepared silane+silica fortified filling mixtures and N121 carbon black. During this study, prepared silane+silica filling mixtures and different kind of carbon blacks had been mixtured at the mixer and vulcanized at labaratuary press. For all different composition, rheometer tests had been performed during semi-finished product and stiffness, tensile strenght and elongation at break and rubber-metal breakage tests had been done during the stage of finished product. The best result is provided with the receipe of prepared silane+silica which was used fortified filling materials and 1,5 phr cooking retardant about rubber-metal breakage strenght. In addition to that, carbon black amount had been decrased from 55 phr to 47 phr because of the target stiffness change from the design. Except fort his experimental study, antioxidant amount had been increased from 3 phr to 4,5 phr to improve agening effect at current receipe with the request of the specification which was belong to final product, produced with this receipe. At the end of this study, the filling dispersion had been improved inside the material and with this improvement rubber-metal breakage load had been increased and %100 rubber breakage had been provided.
