Özet (EN)

In this thesis study, 1 mm thickness 150x100 mm, sandblasted and non-sandblasted, rolled carbon steel (DKP) sheet plates and different coil samples were used. The effects of the relationship between phosphate coating and water-based zincflake coating on the coating quality were investigated. According to the experimental results, visually suitable coating type has been specified as sandblasting and water-based zincflake coating application on the phosphated surface. In this study; Activation at pH 9.0 value for 60 seconds and then phosphate coating on 10 minutes was applied. Then, the surface was roughened by sandblasting at 12 Amper for 12 minutes. The metal coating by zincflake chemicals with a rough surface was immersed in the chemical and centrifuged at 320 rpm and 400 rpm. Drying at 70-110°C and then curing at 320°C, 2 layers of zincflake coating. It has been determined that the coated parts have a corrosion resistance of 720 hours. Keywords: Phosphate Coating, Water based Zinc Flake coating, coating, Salt Spray Test, Dry Adhesion, Chemical Resistance
