Abstract (EN)

In this study, a five-layer solar cell structure obtained by using Perovskite material, which has made a name for itself in solar cells in recent years, has been designed. The main reasons for the widespread use of Perovskite material in solar cells can be listed as its unique semiconductivity due to its structure, durability, tunability of optical bandgap, power conversion efficiency in changing climatic conditions, ability to maintain its current value, faster production, and lower energy requirement compared to conventional solar cells. Considering these advantages, a total of 28 different solar cell models for different thicknesses with seven materials were designed with the help of SCAPS-1D. The effects of different thickness values and layer materials on current density, open circuit voltage, fill rate and efficiency were analyzed.
