Abstract (EN)

For the past 30 years MRSA in particularly has been a major factor for the hospital and society sourced infections which needs to be taken control of. Therefore It is highly important to void MRSA sourced infections and apply the treatment at the earliest in order to reduce the mortality level. Diagnosis used for MRSA in this study; long lasting, trained personnel in demand and traditional methods alternative enriched on the surface Raman Spectroscopy use and development were aimed. According to YZRS spectrums of 23 MRSA and 2 MSSA; on the surface actively adsorbate anticor specifically connected MRSA bacterias cause extreme peak, however YZRS spectrum taken for MSSA anticor specific not connected not so extreme and on YZRS active surface connected anticor levels scattering has been identified. This has concluded that applying YZRS differentiate the MRSA and MSSA bacterias resulted necesssary peaks. Globally problem causing MRSA infections can be diagnosed in earliest possible, correct and trustworthy way with the use of this methods.
