Abstract (EN)
After the conceptual explanations in this study, Turkey and the world was created by using these strategies are examined and implemented strategies are focused on urban regeneration applications. In addition, the urban renewal efforts in Turkey and around the world are examined the legal, managerial and conceptual aspects. Thus, urban renewal decisions who meet the conditions peculiar to Turkey and eventually developed for the elimination of endemic poverty and related problems for the property revealed a model of urban transformation. Its aim is for this reason that changing, developing and transforming the physical space applications targeted at the social and economic crest determine the effects of urban renewal, urban regeneration areas of national and international scale to compare the models using realistic models and mathematical aspects of a successful urban renewal areas in Turkey's most successful model of how that is a possible for you to answer the question. Therefore, national and international scale, first successful examples of urban regeneration was investigated by examining the presence of groups of winners and losers as a result of conversion, and then analyzed on an international scale by supporting social and economic situation in the mathematical models proposed solution can be applied in all metropolitan cities have been revealed.Key Words : Urban regeneration, poorness, Property, Metropolitan Area
