An inquiry on references to imameyn in the marriage and punishment sections of Mevsili's book named Muhtar

We searched the opinions of Ebû Yusuf and İmam Muhammed that el-Mevsılî pointed out with the symbols in the Münakehat and Ukubat sections of el_Mevsılî's work called el-Muhtar, whivh is the subject of oyrstudy, and tried to determine the opinions of these two mujtahids. In this section wehave found out that there is a dispute between Ebû Hanife and the other two imams on 191 affairs. We have implemented our work as an introduction and two chapters. We introduced the author of our book and two imams in the introduction. In the first part, we indicated the views of the two imams where el-Mevsılî addressed to the two İmams; in the secont part, we indicated the perts where the imams were not addressed to but each of these two Imams or both of them were oppenent, and we revealed these opinions. The author referred to 141 of 191 affairs, We have identified the remaining 50 issues from other soucres and determined where the symbol should be placed. But we should also mention that Ebû Yusuf and İmam Muhammed are not in the same opinion in the entire 191 conflicts. Sometimes Ebû Yusuf and sometimes İmam Muhammed can be in the same opinion with Ebû Hanife, and sometimes each of these three İmams can have different ideas. Therefore, by taking Ebû Hanife to the center, we determined the issues which Ebû Yusuf or İmam Muhammed were in opposition with Ebû Hanife or both of them, by coming together, opposed to Ebû Hanife.
