Özet (EN)

In this thesis, the temperature-dependent change of resistivity in MgB2 material was investigated by analytical expressions of the Bloch-Gruneisen function using the binomial expansion theorem. The discovery and history of superconductivity are included in the thesis. In addition, the basic information, concepts and explanations required for the institutional foundations of the thesis are included. In the thesis, the general expression of resistivity for solids, which gives the dependence on temperature, is expressed by the Bloch-Gruneisen (BG) function. In the calculation of the generalized BG functions, the appropriate formulas of the incomplete gamma function are chosen.The program was created in Mathematica programming language in line with the analytical relations obtained for the generalized Bloch-Gruneisen function.In the study, the applications of the analytical relation obtained from the generalized BG function for the fractional and integer values of m were made for MgB2 and the resistivity values for the compound MgB2 at different temperatures were calculated.
