Abstract (EN)
Given the scarcity of extant sources on the Michael Chekhov technique in Turkish, the aim of the present study is to provide a useful source for actors by combining theory and practice of the Chekhov technique. The theoretical background is divided into separate modules, which are organized in a coherent way. Each module offers tools that aim to enhance the application of a theoretical framework in practice. In order to reflect diverse interpretative opportunities rendered by this technique, the study also incorporates contemporary examples of the use and practice of the Chekhov technique by different instructors.
