Abstract (EN)
In the adaptation of the macro forming methods to micro forming, the grain size of the material becomes very important. In the past, many studies have been conducted investigating the mechanical behavior of micro-sized material. The most common of these is the surface layer model. A new method of surface model from this surface was revealed that the surface grains changed depending on the grain size. In the study, CuZn30 rice in cold rolled condition, samples of 4 different square sections were 3,2: 2: 1,5: 1 mm, annealed at 500℃ , 650℃ at 1 hour and at 700 ℃ for 2 hours. A number of micro upsetting tests with these samples. The validity of the surface layer model was investigated by applying the finite element method on the simulations made in computer.
