Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, microcontroller and thermoelectric cooler based Thermo hypothermia medical instrument has been designed and tested. Therinohypothermia medical apparatus (TMA); could be used increment clinical death time with cooling the human brain in Trauma, brain operations, the open heart operations, post operation period, lower the fever. In the produced system, microcontroller based switching mode power supply (SMPS) has been used. By using eight thermocouples, temperatures has been measured at the different point and converted to digital value by 10-bit Analog Digital Converter (ADC) Temperature control has been done as Pals Width Modulation (PWM) and Rule Based.
