Abstract (EN)
Heat And Speed Controlled Thermoelectric Semi-Conductor Production SystemWith Micro Control Mechanism has been designed and realized. The devicehelps to produce semi-conductors with the local dissolving method. Themechanical part of the semi-conductor device has specifically been designed forobtaining local dissolving method. Special heat and speed controlled electroniccircuits have been designed and applied to obtain the production convenient forthermoelectric semi-conductor production technology. PIC microprocessorshave been used for electronic control systems in this design. A special softwarehas been written in C language to operate the micro-processor. With the devicebuilt N type semi-conductors have been produced, their features have beenresearched and it has been determined that semi-conductors are convenient foruse in thermoelectric systems.Science Code : 705.1.036Key Words : Thermoelectric, Local Dissolving Method, PICMicroprocessor, BECNumber of Pages : 145Administrator : Assoc.
