Abstract (TR)
Daha önce geliştirilmiş olan kırınım-ızgarası-enterferometresi tabanlı, yüksek-hassasiyetli deplasman ölçümüne dayalı, (tümleşik kırınım ızgaralı) kütle-ölçer mikro-mekanik çınlaçların biyokimyasal kütle ölçüm uygulamalarında kullanımı için kuramsal bir modelleme geliştirildi. Bu modelin, kuramsal örnekler ve inorganik bir deneyle doğrulaması yapıldı. Organik deneysel bir uygulama olarak, hKOR-antikor etkileşiminin tespiti, seçicilik kriterleri göz önüne alınarak gerçekleştirildi.
