Abstract (EN)
In the fırst part of this study, digital measurement methods that are the base of data acquisition systems are discussed. in this part, digital/analog conversions, discrete signal acquisition, digital device types and technical specifıcations of them are emphasized. in the second part which is the heart of theoretical work, data acquisition systems and sample andhold om of the base structures of data acquisition systems are described. As this structure is used almost in ali ADC - AC applications, it has a big importance. The development of sample andhold structure, circuit types and the usage of sample andhold structure in multi systems are observed in this part. in the third part of this study, basic power measurement structures, the application types of them and using ADE7756 IC an rms calculation example are discussed. in the last part of this study, hardware and software subjects related to a DSP based 14 bit data acquisition system application are discussed.
