Abstract (EN)
In the recent days, with the improving technology systems have been problematic, especially in use of electronic chips prevent overheating. Unless prevent the problem of overheating, shortened the life of systems and even to the systems can not use. The cooling or heating systems will be too large or cannot enough for the systems, if based fluid used in micro channel heat sink (MCHS). For this reason, heat transfer ability of nanofluid, which is higher than heat transfer ability of water, considered to be more appropriate to use. The use of MCHS increased heat transfer ability of the systems. The study has got two parts. In first part, CNT-A used in MCHS which is 0,01% volume consantration. The MCHS have got 49 rectangular channels, made by copper. For one micro channel, height is 2,5 mm, width is 0,3 mm. For the result, water and the nanofluid physical and thermal properties is compared. Nanofluid increased heat transfer ability, pressure drop and pumping power in the systems. Heat transfer ability, pressure drop and pumping power was seen increased. In the second part has got literature review and design experimental setup for about solar collector MCHS but the experimental measurement couldn't done because of time. Use of the nanofluid increased the value of the desired heat transfer from the systems. Use of the nanofluid too small increased pressure drop in MCHS wich is unwanted so nanofluid is preferable in some systems.
