Confidentiality agreements in International Private Law

In this study, the importance, nature and place of confidentiality agreements in international private law have been examined and the qualification of these agreements, public order intervention in the relevant agreements, the directly applied rules, discussion and examination of national and international decisions related to the confidentiality obligation, the formation of agreements and the points to be considered in the dispute phase. constitutes our thesis topic.
